We are Arrow Info Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in India at Davangere-577004, Karnataka, India.

We operate the mobile application Arrow Pro Link (the "App") and related products and services. We provide a platform as a service for photography & videography work.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

1. Our Services

Provides a platform for users to:

• Rent cameras and accessories
• Connect with photographers for hire

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or are the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, software, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as trademarks, service marks, and logos.

Rental Agreement: You agree to return equipment in the same condition it was received. You are responsible for any damage or loss of rented equipment.

Photographer Hiring: All agreements are solely between you and the photographer. We are not responsible for any disputes arising from the photographer's service.

Subscription Services: All subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. User Representations

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. User Registration

You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove or change a username we determine to be inappropriate or objectionable.

5. Purchases and Payment

All payments shall be in Rupees. You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information. We may change prices at any time and reserve the right to refuse any order.

6. Cancellation

All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Systematically retrieve data or content to create databases without written permission.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users.
• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious material.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services without approval.

8. User Generated Contributions

Any content you create, submit, post, or transmit through the Services must not infringe any third-party rights, must not be false or misleading, and must not violate any applicable law or regulation.

9. Contribution License

By posting Contributions, you grant us an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and exploit your Contributions for any purpose.

10. Guidelines for Reviews

Reviews must be based on firsthand experience, must not contain offensive or discriminatory language, must not reference illegal activity, and must not contain false or misleading statements.

11. Mobile Application License

We grant you a revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on your devices strictly in accordance with these Legal Terms. You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or use the App for revenue-generating purposes outside its intended use.

12. Social Media

You may link your account with third-party accounts. Your relationship with those third-party providers is governed solely by your agreement(s) with them. We make no effort to review Social Network Content for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement.

13. Services Management

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, restrict or disable your Contributions, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and property.

14. Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. The Services are hosted in India. By using the Services from any other region, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in India.

15. Copyright Infringements

If you believe any material on the Services infringes your copyright, please notify us immediately using the contact information below. Note that making material misrepresentations in a notification may result in liability.

16. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to the Services, terminate your account, or delete your content at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

17. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times.

18. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.

19. Dispute Resolution

The Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration.

Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration with three (3) arbitrators, seated in Davanagere, India. Proceedings shall be in Kannada and English under the substantive law of India.

20. Corrections

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

21. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

22. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

23. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand arising out of your Contributions, use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.

24. User Data

You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.

25. Electronic Communications

Visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

26. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
